AFTER THIS PERIOD ALL WARRANTY REQUESTS MUST BE DIRECTED TO THE MANUFACTURER. A pre-paid shipping label or reimbursement for return shipping charges may be provided on DOA item exchanges. Multicopter Warehouse, LLC provides no WARRANTY for any product; any warranty lies with the manufacturer and is ultimately the purchaser’s responsibility to communicate with the manufacturer.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will promptly notify you of the status and amount of your credit after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, the purchaser will receive their credit, to be used on future purchases. In cases where there are no purchases after at least 30 days from issue of credit, and upon the request of the purchases, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
